Protect At All Cost Alpha 4.0 Patch Notes

Hey Guys!

As David said in a post a few days ago, we're hard at work with the game and have come very far since the last showcase we posted on Youtube last year.

We're in the current process of making a new showcase but have some problems recording the footage for the game. We will record and post as soon as we have it ready so keep your eyes peeled! While you guys wait we wanted to update you in the recent changes from the latest build we had made! The changes we've made so far are:

WHAT'S NEW?

+ Added height adjustment

+ Added a way to switch songs on the radio

+ Added a breef tutorial before the game starts

+ Added a selling station that allows the player to sell items for money

+ Added 2 power-ups (incresed money gain on crits, health regeneration)

+ Added "Powercores"

+ Added a way for batteries to overheat when cannons fire at full power for too long

+ Added a fire extinguisher

+ Added a highscore list

+ Added whrist watches which displays information for the player

WHAT HAS CHANGED?

Δ The batteries are now deployed with a push-pull carrier instead of forcing the player to push a button

Δ Before the game starts the player now have a choise to start the game with/without watching the tutorial

Δ The enemy model has been changed to fit the art of the rest of the game

Δ The powerleaver model has ben remade to save space on the dashboard

Δ Rescalsed the battery's scale slightly

Δ Re-designed the lock buttons for the leavers

Δ Updated the sun to fit the game's art

Of course we have some things in the works that is soon to be done but not just yet. At the time now we're working on a build to subbmit and possibly compete in LBS Game Awards and therefor our focus right now is on optemizing the game and fixing bugs.
